Meet The Team

Ty graduated Purdue University in 1992 where he studied construction management.   He started in the family business after a short stint with a production home building company.  He took over full management of JVC in 2000 and has been building ever since!

Seth joined the team in March of 2007 starting as a carpenter. After years of hard work and loyalty, he was promoted to lead project manager and is now a part owner of JVC where he is able to help in all aspects of the business!

Kali has been working with us since her summers in high school! She has always loved working in the field and creating things with her hands. Kali joined us full time after graduation in 2017 and has been learning the business ever since. 

Maddy graduated from Purdue University in interior design and joined JVC in May 2022. Her favorite part about designing is seeing her designs come to life and how happy it makes our customers!

Andy worked for JVC in the summers during high school. He went on to college and received a degree from Vincennes University in 2010.  Andy now leads various jobs for us and enjoys finishing work!

Scott began his career with JVC in 2012.  He came from Texas where he worked as a framer.  Scott's favorite part of the job being able to do a variety of construction projects so his days never look the same.  

Tavis began with JVC in 2014.  He worked as a lead framer for close to 20 years before we were able to hire him.  Tavis leads a variety of projects for us, from framing to basement finishing and even electrical now and then.
